GAMERS CHOICE COFFEE - SHIPPING POLICY
1. Freshness First (Order Processing)
To ensure you receive the freshest possible coffee for your late-night grind, all of our beans are roasted to order and shipped directly from our UK roastery.

Orders are typically processed and roasted within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order.

You will receive a notification email with tracking information the moment your order is dispatched.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

2. UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery (Tracked): Estimated 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues outside of our control.

3. International Shipping
At this time, Gamers Choice Coffee only ships within the UK. We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Gamers Choice Coffee is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. If you realize you have made an error, contact us immediately at [Your Support Email Address]. If the order has not yet been dispatched by our roastery, we will do our best to update the details.
