GAMERS CHOICE COFFEE - REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
1. Perishable Goods Exemption
At Gamers Choice Coffee, we roast and ship our beans to order to ensure maximum freshness. Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on roasted coffee if you simply change your mind, order the wrong grind type, or do not prefer the tasting profile of the blend. All coffee sales are final.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
Your experience is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, we will absolutely make it right.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Please email us at Gamerschoicecoffee@outlook.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging.
Upon review, we will immediately issue a replacement bag or a full refund for the affected items.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly. Gamers Choice Coffee is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the courier has marked them as delivered. If your package is lost in transit and never marked as delivered, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and issue a replacement.
4. Non-Coffee Merchandise
(Note: If you plan to sell mugs, apparel, or equipment in the future)
For non-perishable items (e.g., mugs, apparel, brewing gear), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved due to damage or an error on our part, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
